Title: moss removal- more pressure needed
Post by: beefy on October 30, 2006, 09:42:00 pm
just found some great stuff called algon for getting rid of moss & did 1st job on sunday using a £10 pump up backpack from netto trouble is spray wasnt powerfull enough to reach roof ridge so im expecting bottom 3/4 to look good & rest like a footy pitch. does anyone know how i can solve this or where i can get a more powerful (cheap) backpack(sprayer)
or will i have to resort to roof ladders???

buy a one way valve ,fit it near to the end of the hose as possible, it keeps the pressure up
and stops gravity, stops the weight of the water falling back, i use the aquarium one, about 50p each
