Title: Heater in van
Post by: RO-Sheen on October 30, 2006, 08:49:44 am
I wantto buy a radiator of some sort to put in my van to kkep the temperature above freezing. I have a 240v power supply.
Can anyone reccommend a good radiator that is priced well and uses minimum power?

Hi Gary
get an electric greenhouse heater, comes on automatically when the temp drops below a user set level. works absolutely fine and keeps the van warm!!!

got mine from B&Q...£20.00 I think.

The only 12v heater I have found are rubbish, so stick to parafin or 240v, failing that insulate your tank and pipes, a lot cheaper in the long run.
