I wantto buy a radiator of some sort to put in my van to kkep the temperature above freezing. I have a 240v power supply.
Can anyone reccommend a good radiator that is priced well and uses minimum power?

Use an Oil filled one cheap to run and controlable.

how do you connect these to power as i can only find electric oil filled ones ... not 12v though

Hi Gary
get an electric greenhouse heater, comes on automatically when the temp drops below a user set level. works absolutely fine and keeps the van warm!!!
got mine from B&Q...£20.00 I think.

Cheers Greg,
Thats a great idea. do they run on 12v in the van.

The only 12v heater I have found are rubbish, so stick to parafin or 240v, failing that insulate your tank and pipes, a lot cheaper in the long run.

Cheers Greg,
do they run on 12v in the van.
no mate 240v, I just run a flex out my van door and into the garage.
