Either this or an identical one was auctioned a few weeks ago. If it's the same one, what's wrong with it?

your right John i did buy this off e bay about 3 months ago.I can assure you there's nothing wrong with it!The only problem for me is, 95% of my work is domestic and this machine really is aimed at the commercial sector.Everything is exactly as described and in very good condition.The guy that sold it originally stated the head dimensions as being 28" but it is 38", thus difficult to get thru most domestic doorways.Someone who does a lot of commercial work would find this a god send, you can clean a 30 foot lounge in 5mins(nearly).Check out www.nextwaveofclean.com
