I have quite a lot of people paying me online now and always get a couple say did you get my payment.

Does anyone email there customers receipts.
If so what do you put in there.

Really its just so the customers know i have recieved there payment

I have already been doing that but for some strange reason the customers keep cancelling can't understand why  ;D
