Post by: ray l on October 22, 2006, 07:50:08 pm
Hi all I,ve done a few builders cleans and I think I have them priced right.

My question is about sparkle cleans that seem to take me ages
How do you price them and are you very very particular.

Thank in advance.

A few of the building co's call us in to do a sparkle clean or as most builders call them a handover clean. I have done a few sparkle cleans in the past, never seemed to take me that long to do so charged about 3/4s the price of the original build clean.

Builders clean...you get all the cement ,debris etc of the glass and frames when building work has finished.

Re clean......... is when the windows are cleaned after the scrubdown of the buildings by pressure washing etc

sparkle cleans.......... when the houses are now on the market to be sold to the byers
