Can anybody who is with Safe Contractor please help me with this issue.
I need to see a worked equipment maintainece record sheet or a Water Fed pole service record

I had to send in my ladder maintainence  records, all it was were dates of when I checked my ladders , and any repairs I did, or when I replaced them .
I should think its the same thing, any time you have replaced anything note it down , then you can say that on x day I changed my whatever

Hi 

sorry not very good at sending files but make up a spread sheet  with the headings


Date inspected  fastnings pole sections but rings comments
each week inspect the pole enter date enter pass/ fail enter actions taken in the comments sect
eg  fractured section pole taged not to be used new section orderd  then next enty date section replaced

it just to prove you do inspect your equipment 
hope you can uderstand that
