hi all  when you employ your first person what insurance do you need and how much is it  thanks darren

You need Employers Liability Insurance. The amount of cover will depend on what type of work you are doing. Trad tends to be a little higher. I got mine through HSBC. You also need to let the revenue know who you have taken on
