Title: water transfer

Reading a lot of posts that mention the problem of filling up backpacks or trolleys. If you have a tank in your car or van try using a marine bilge pump for about £25. Wire it through a switch and connect some 1" tube and your backpack is full in 15 seconds, hope this helps,Alan. :)

I bought a 12volt submersible from omnipole wire is a bit short though but easy enough to change to a longer wire.

Excellent pump and would not be without it now.
Im sure its the same pump gary is on about.
Not sure what the flow rate is as i have had it a while but its pretty quick at filling my trolley
