Title: HELP WANTED PLEASE

I am new to this pure water system idea and have plenty of third storey work, which i use ladders for. I have been told a trolley system for the 3rd / 4th storey work would be alot safer and quicker BUT i have no idea where to start, or where to get the bits from. I would appreciate some advice of where to start and where to get the systems from...size of poles....etc. I know its the best way to go but am totally in the dark.....please help!

Where abouts are you , (not much in your profile) . Perhaps  you could go out with someone and they could show you how its done
