Title: DAY RATE FOR 2 PEOPLE

Just been asked to do a clean on a big house (windows/gutter/cladding).I think that there is about one and half maybe two days work and thay want to pay a day rate and there is to people doing the job.What sort of price would i be looking at the job is about 20 miles away as well.

For 2 people working 8 till 5 on £15-£20 an hour each, you will be looking at £350-£400 per day.

The reason its so high is that cladding and guttering cleaning is very hard work. Do not under sell yourself.

I agree it's so easy to look at the job and think it won't take long but experiance has proved this is not normally the case

a full day - I'll take that as 8 hrs.  We charge £20 - £25 an hour per man so thats in the region of £320 - £400.

pay the helper £50 and its not a bad day out!!

£25 per hour per man.
