If conservatory ladders are the same as roofers ladders - with the big hook to go over the roof ridge and small wheels to run it up the tiles - I'm sure most ladder manufacturers have them.

If they're not the same, can you tell me how they differ?

The one thing in life you should NEVER buy 2nd hand is a ladder - trust me!
