Hi everyone!
I am planning to set up a small contract cleaning business to supplement my window cleaning round. I have loads of experience working as a cleaner for these businesses, but have never canvassed any work from scratch :-\
Does anybody have any suggestions on the best ways to generate business? I built my window cleaning round from scratch just by knocking on doors, and this has worked wonders in the domestic window cleaning market but I know that the contract cleaning market is a lot different. Does dropping in to offices on spec work? Or is it best to send a letter to the "facilities manager" or something along those lines?
