Does anyone have any stats on carpet usage?  I'm looking for the average area of carpet in a 3 bedroom house, in sq metres.

70/80  Square meters on average i think.  :-\

hi there

an idea for you, go and walk round some of the new developments, they will give you all their sizes, and then you could generate an average from those stats

when you get to 4 and 5 beds , the numbers can vary a lot
