What hourly rate would you apply to builder's cleans on a new housing development.

charge by the house not the hour you will earn more money for the basic clean get the site manage to sisn it off to his satisfaction that way when the painters come back or sparkies and make a mess you can charge them for a reclean
and do the same for a sparkle clean this is normally done before the buyers move in
