Title: Getting away from it all,

Weather's rubbish so thought I would book a nice week away from it all in La Manga leaving on the 15th May.

Book the holiday, then the flights, flying from Birmingham for the first time and guess what.

The bloody airline's goes bust the next day >:( >:( >:(

Why did they take my money if they obviously knew this, I mean my few hundred quid wasn't going to stop from going bust ,

So I am sitting here, rain pouring down outside waiting to hear what alternative arrangements ATOL are making for us, such is life. ;)

That is Craap luck..................let's hope you get money back in time for deserved break.
Just arranged break to Malta............fingers crossed :-/

Norwegian weather must be great..........hence Penguin tag ;D
Good mate of mine now lives nr Oslo and tells of his skiing prowess ( he could not ski when he lived in Putney )   .............i prefer swimming in the SUN  8)

If you paid by credit card you'll be insured or if it's an ABta you'll get reembersed.

I did pay by Credit Card and I am covered by ATOL

But I want to get  away, not to be re-imbursed :'(

Something we should all be aware of, if you pay by credit card over the net direct with the air line and not through an agent you are not covered by ATOL
