Title: builders cleans

hi to all

i am thinking of running a cleaning agency in the newcastle area, and including builders cleans into it, but i have little knowledge in this area, and was hoping someone could push me in the right direction into what i have to research, i would be very grateful for any ideas?

Theres tons of info on here to research, but if you cant find the answer, ask away ;D, its best to start a subject at a time ;D as theres plenty to learn.......... ;)
