If you need to defrost it quickly........, after emptying contents of the fridge and switching temperature dial to defrost, ..... get the main stuff out(the big bits)then use a hair dryer to shift the rest.......i havnt used this method, but others have ;D

H

If you need to defrost quickly then turn it off and use a small steam machine.

Take out all rack, veggie box and door shelves.

Spary anti-bacterial over the interior of fridge and close.

Wash racks and shelves at the sink, leave to dry.

Go back to fridge with a bowl with hot water with fairy, cloths & toothbrush.

Wipe down interior using the toothbrush to get into corners (dont forget the fridge seal around the door.

Dry out with Kitchen towels

Refit all racks and shelves

Collect cash

For the risk of being ostricised about mentioning tescos for products I did notice they sell a spray which defrosts freezers, might be the cheapest fix for you to try (let me know if it works!).
