How much would you charge all windows to be cleaned are shown apart from anothe vertical row of windows on the tower.

 i would say £85 (surrey)not sure where you based , at the least £75 ....

Hi, how long do you think it would take you personally as all are different.
Reach wash most and balcony's by hand you could have that done in 1 hour ish.
What you got to remember is have they asked anyone else to quote also.
Between £70- £80

My auntie lives in downalong(2 mins from them flats).She has a 2 bed cottage you cant swing a cat in and is worth the same.Crazy prices.I had a look at a couple of houses at the top pf st ives.Lot of money for not a lot of home.

£30 easily done in less than an hour - some of you guys charge serious prices!

Hi Dave,

We were asked to clean this place about 4 months ago, gave a price for it all, including the windows over the Tates flat roof, happy with the idea until we had a better site inspection and realised that the tates flat roof was not flat, and the windows were recessed behind storm screens.

We decided that it wasn't going to be easy to write a good risk assesment so declined the job.

The section you are doing looks fairly straightforward apart from the fact that you have very little foot room at the base of the tower. How are you going to access the balconies?

As you know Dave this part of St.Ives really catches the breeze! So watch out.

I would charge for this section about £40-55 depending on how bad you want the work.
