I Was just thinking something similar to that,.. maybe a post from them explaining how the money would be paid, and broken down etc,.... would create more interest ( debatable)..

is that not working for someone else?... is it a 50/50 split? or a percentage?... what percentage ?..... an example would be extremely useful maybe.

Gary.

Unless you really need money right away then I think you would be better off to  continue building your own round.

I agree with Roy 100%
Why be self-employed if you're going to line some other firm's profits. Will they contribute to your holiday pay, sickness benefit and pension? I think not. Why is this company national?-Because they find mugs on here willing to do their job underpriced.

I agree with roy as well, when you start asking for help it means you can't cope.

why is it that on one topic its about window cleaners wanting to be taken seriously , then when somebody builds up a round where he is able to take on extra staff nationwide which is what most so called normal businesses do he gets slated .good luck to them

Its called sub contract as im sure you are all aware, its been working in the construction industry for years and years. Also any paid employed job is just about the same is it not, the boss gets the work and the employees do the work.

Take it to extremes and are you going to grow your own rubber trees to make your own blades, keep a few sheep so you can weave your own scrims ect ect, they all make a profit because you buy them and work hard to earn your money ??????

I have seen this sort of thread a few times in a few forums and always amazes me.

Another reason might have something to do with the customer....probibly a national chain of shops for example may not want to have 50 or 60 independent window cleaners on there back every month for payment, the hassel to find and maintain a list of wc, so they give it to 1 main contractor who subbys it out that way they only have to deal with 1 company.
