We have Sodium Metabisulphite on the van but I personally dont like to use it unless we have too. It sets of asthma even if we use a mask. We end of coughing and sputtering.
Is anyone else effected in the same way.

I've used Sprayandgo a few times. Hot water, 1litre, one scoop of S&G.
Only worked once. Other times it 'bleached' the surrounding carpet.
Any tips for me?
thanks

Mark,
As you have discovered, this is a product best reserved for 'last resort' treatments.
On a carpet not prone to celulostic browning, wetting the surounding carpet before application can help prevent this "halo effect".
Do not be tempted to use an acidic rinse for this purpose as sodium metabisulphite produces a toxic gas in contact with acids.
