hi paul i can understand why you want a spare. i was selling a brand new one a while back and only wanted £600 with two pairs of brushes and no takers so decided to use it myself and boy was i glad i could not sell it what a difference it makes to my life . it takes no effort in using. people say they are heavy but i think its worth the effort [ though they are not too heavy] for the ease of use compared to the sebo, .Also i have used it quite a bit dry cleaning , where it was needed
try solutions if you have to stretch to a new one as i know they are cheaper than environdri and are the same machine with his own logo.

Hi Paul

Envirodri will be at the NCCA Conference/AGM at Leicester Racecourse on October 27th.  It's not unusual for companies  to have very special offers at these types of event. Try ringing Envirodri on 08707 337733 and ask :-\  Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Safe and happy cleaning :)
Ken

Got one from Matt last week.
Its quite heavy to carry up a top flat, but once set up make agitation a pleasure, Only comes with white brush's which I feel is too aggressive on wool, will be ordering the orange ones on Monday. £70 +vat
Good bit of kit.
God I love Saturdays, time to chill after a hectic week.
All the best

Hi Paul,

Perhaps if we go to the NCCA Conference, we may be able to get the loss of bristles sorted out!  ;D

John already spoke to them on this one and got the expected answer.
The nylon bristles are falling out because your using other chemicals and not ours  ::)
Usual get out clause. I will have to stop using the wheel acid on those tricky stains now. ;)

The machine is only 10 months old so still under warrenty but they think it is the gears that have gone.
And guess what, Gears are not covered under the warrenty they are classed as consumables  ???

Its like buying a car and 10 months later the gear box goes and they say sorry not covered under warrenty.
So all of you that have an envirodri and use it for aggitation of chemical and not only for sponges beware.

Recently bought the smaller envirodry machine 2nd hand.  Its nothing on the host machine I have but 2nd hand host macines are hens teeth to get.

My problem with it that it keeps falling forward during use.  I use the gold brushes.

Mark

PS. its not that heavy either.  Eat your weetibix.

Paul

Dose it say on the warranty only use my products. Like the car scenario light bulbs yes.

Problem here who did you buy it from there responsibility.

Think they are on a sticky wicket if you pursue it.

I have just bought one for £200.00!! Yes thats right 200 quid (virtually unused). I had a sebo duo but I could not turn the offer down. I was going to resell it but I used it the other day to agitate some prespray on a cantonese restaurant :oWOW what a difference. Anyone want to buy a Sebo Duo?!! I have now used it to do a residential who wanted a dry system (i Had some Prochem dry stuff in the store), so away I went, very impressed but would I get a better job with the envirodry products or is the Prochem one much of a muchness
Regards
Tim
