Title: Got 23 New Customers...I Think
Post by: david68 on September 22, 2006, 04:31:46 pm
Hi All
Well what I break through I had on Thursday.
My son’s friend who likes knocking doors (ex.. gas & ele Sales person),
He came with me on my round for £25 and called on people in the area.
So while I am cleaning he is door knocking .
Anyway he posted leaflets where no one was answering, but those who did answer he managed to get me a total of 23 invite to call on them for pricing.
Anyway he loved it and I hope I will after visiting them.

Coming with me on Saturday…….Can’t wait.

Will keep you informed

Dave

Sod the £25!

Tell him he gets the money for the first clean and you won't be able to move for new customers.

Salesmen call that "open-ended commission" and they LOVE it.

Brilliant idea that mate and what a bit of luck to have someone who doesnt mind knocking.
Good luck with the pricing.

Gaz years ago I picked up loads of work by knocking on doors and my brother then following behind and doing the cleaning if i got ahead of him I would stop and help,  by making the customer make a snap decision you can have a good strike rate and as long as the work is good you'll keep them.
