Any one out there do any Swallow Hotels as I,ve been told thet recievers moved in on the 15th and any moneys owing before that date is in the lap of the Gods..

Ya seems like all the units are being opperated as normal by the recievers and some have been sold already, its just the outstanding accounts before the 15th that will have very little chance of payment. in my case two cleans, just glad I only charge for time and Labour.
