Title: 6 Month Reminder

Hello Everybody,

Im trying to streamline the way in which I keep in contact with my carpet cleaning customers. 

does anyone have a copy of a reminder letter that they send to their happy customers 6 months after they hvae cleaned their carpets to try and get them to do ita again.

No sorry,
But i need to design a yearly one now, as iv just finished my first year so any help or advice from anyone would be great.

Why not do a monthly or 2 monthly or even quarterly, news letter or postcard.

I think 6 months is a bit early to ask directly for more work myself.

The idea of the postcards and newsletters is to just stay in touch so they no where to find you if they need you and dont forget who you are, and then a year latter you hit them with a

"your carpets now need cleaning" letter.
