Title: Could we have one big survey?

With all these polls popping up is it possible for us to have an industry survey like they have in the states in cleanfax.

Many questions could be covered and it would give us a better understanding of our industry within GBritain as a whole.

Cleantalk, NCCA, Proclean etc could all do the same with their members and then bring the results together.

Just a thought.

who or what is proclean seen the name but dont know anything about them they got a web site...what help are they

Proclean do have a website...

They are a private organisation (not a Trade Association) which specialises in 'business building' through specialist marketing

I think Derek is 'involved' with Proclean but because he is being impartial in his moderator role directing some questions at Derek will not always yield an objective answer ( and quite rightly so as he is in a position of trust )

Ps Mark I agree site doesn't look appealing, perhaps ask proclean for a free info pack I know Steve at Hydrodynamics in Nottingham is a marketing member and is delighted so is Mick Gayton from Coventry and he's getting some good money also ( I think there all playing at it I do more than anyone anywhere ever and I am unanimous in that! ;))

If my photgraph is still on the Proclean website then it hasn't been upgraded in a long time.

When Chris first took over Proclean he did ask me to help but as he has progressed/developed my input these days is restricted merely to write the odd article for his magazine

My main involvement is with my own business and the NCCA

I will tell you how good they are at marketing.

Via the Web Site I have asked for details about joining Proclean, how much it costs etc.  On about three seperate occasions over past 18 months.

I get a reply What do you want to know.

I tell them

Nothing happens

It appears to be more secritive than the masons.

It probably is not for me but I would have like the chance to have decided.


Or is it that they have two members in my area already.

Masons are not a secretive society but a society with secrets and very few of them these days.

There a business building company for carpet cleaners the guy who is there marketing guru is david Jenkins he used to work for Alltech doing there marketing stuff.
so i presume both the  Proclean step by step course and Fast track from Alltec are pretty much the same
