Title: Tent Cleaning
Post by: calmore on September 17, 2006, 09:53:01 pm
Would it be possible to clean canvas tents using HWE?

Obviously, the fabric would need re-waterproofing with fablon after cleaning but can anyone see a problem with using HWE to clean?

I think there may be a be a bit of an untapped market, especially at this time of year and also in the spring. No-one likes a tent that smells a bit mouldy.

The army use a well known company to put their tents through the machines that dust mats get washed in!  :o
