Title: UNGER hi flo pole

i have just bought this pole and i must say it is great to use but the brush head is totally useless!

rolls royce of poles but that on the end really lets it down.
only half the bristles of a tucker brush and when it was delivered it was already bent like a 5 yr old brush head

come on unger sort this out for that money you could do better than that. plus you only get one i would have thought you would get an assortment of heads!

any one else think the same as me or am i too picky

Are we talking about the carbon tec? If so, I would agree about the brushes, but if you put them in a bucket of look warm water for 5 mins they regain their shape.

thanks but i made holes in a tucker pole brush head bigger to fit because i was so disapointed with it!
