hi guys
we are thinking of moving house soon & the area we are going use water meters as i use wfp what are the costs & can you come to an arragment with the water company for business use

You need to contact your local water company as they charge you based on the understanding that 95% of water drawn ends up recycled and not dispersed into the ground.

If you tell them your situation they will adjust your rate accordingly.

I pay approx 17p per 1000 litres inclusive.

bobby,

most water companies charge the same to domesic & small commercial users. Our water cost bout a £1 per cubic meter (1000 litres) and a sewerage chage of 95%. Plus your standing charge, which is based on meter size.

i didnt know that trev, how much water do you use per day if you dont mind me asking, as then i can gauge if its worth a call
