I just thought i would post a typical day for me, to show how hard my job really is.

Thes photos were made up of one morning and the afternoon of the next day, in fact they are a bit muddled but it gives a good example of a typicall day.

Well, we can see who does all the work! ;D

Is that next to the golf course, Dave?
I hope you realize you are looking out on the most beautiful bay in England!  How can you call that working?  (Sue told me to say that.)

Macc

Yes that is my misses

Jeff

I dont really have access problems, i use my ladder to get onto the balconies, unless the customers are home then they let us through the hose.

Out of the 3 modern houses in a row , one of them lives in America i have only ever seen the guy twice in 5 years, in another they go to South Africa for 6 months for the winter. they let the houses out for holiday lets at a wopping £1400 a week.

I have done the roof glass once or twice and can do 90% of it no probs, i Do all the glass on all the house apart from the roof glass unless they ask me.  I have cleaned the gutters on all the houses shown and have charged them all £100 a time usually once a year.

I used to hate doing those upstairs conservatories and really dreaded them coming around, now i am wfp i dont mind them at all in fact the job has changed 100% , i was once thinking about dropping the last 4, especially in winter with the blustery wind blowing off the sea.

p.s the last 4 houses are worth about £800'000 each apart from the white one which you could not put a price on, most probably well over £1.5 million

There are normally no cars or vans about when i clean the windows, the white van is the change over cleaners and the cars belong to some holiday makers next door , the pictures are decieving as they have got very big gardens with wide drives so access is always good.

None of these houses were doorknocked they were all obtained through recommendations although the 2 semis were from a round i bought, and the B&B i have had that 3 times in 8 years . the present owner called me 2 years ago and i have been cleaning it ever since, the georgeon house was reccomended from one of the semis which is opposite.

The 4 coastal houses were obtained as follows the white house in the last photo was a reccomendation who then sold some land to builder who built them one at a time, and as each new owner moved in they asked me to clean.
