I do. not all like it, some terminate the agreement, and its the ones that can afford mostl , even though they have the best tv system in the world, the Jaccusi in the garden, a top opf the range car in the drive and a villa in spain etc. etc, the OAP who struggles on a pension is usually ok with it, but makes me feel so guilty.

ye its mostly like that with people with wealth.
but wasnt sping abt domestic cleaning was on the lines of commercial contracts.

You should increase your prices on a yearly basis to commercial customers.

Hi Matt,
Realistically every year stuff gets more expensive, that's inflation for you. So prices have to increase in line with inflation and any other direct costs increases (NMW for those who only pay that for example) otherwise they are actually being cut year on year. If you show your customers a costed explanation of the increase taking into account inflation and any other cost increases then I think you'll find they are more happy than if you just say it's gone up by, say, 5%
Cheers
