Title: The #1 worse phone call you recieve

I think its stating the obvious but undoubtedly the worse sentence to hear when you pick up the phone after you've introduced yourself is .......YOU CLEANED OUR CARPET/SUITE TODAY/YESTERDAY !!!!!!!!!!!   ;D ;D ;D

and the relief when it's followed by " my sister wants to know when can you do hers" ;D

.......unfortunatly when you cleaned our carpet you must have overwet it and the moisture penetrated the foundations...subsequently our house has subsided  :o
