Tony, what you on about. Are you talking about Prochem products? Of cause people have used them they are a multi million pound company.
Most carpet cleaners use a selection of products from various suppliers.

i think it is call prochem rdx not to sure i have seen it somwhere

Prochem Red Rx. Developed to remove red stains caused by wine, foodstuffs, fruits juices etc. Use with a hot iron and terry towel. Can be very effective when other things fail.
