Title: how to load your own avatar?

as above.............im not great with technology  :-[ so how do i load a pic under my name?

Click the profile opyion at the top of the page then on the left click on look forum profile information. Then select "I will upload my own pic. Then click on browse and choose a pic you have saved on your computer.

I have tried these steps before but with no success??? ??? Any ideas?

when you have done all that click change profile at the bottom of the screen It worked for me and i truly have no idea what im doing

when i click change profile, the same screen the comes up but minus my piccy details???
