I'm emigrating at the end of September, looking for a buyer and open to offers:

Round for sale in Balham and Southfields, south west London. I've been doing it for 8 years now with a very good reputation. Over £3000 of work priced at £22-£25 per hour on a 4-6 week cycle. Nearly all domestic, ground and first floor, very compact

would you consider renting the round with a view to buy at a later stage
