Hi
What is the best way to clean a sheepskin rug? I am going to see it tomorrow night .

Put in washing machine on very low heat wash.
Nice little earner ;)

Hi Paul
What about drying them?
Cheers

Do you put them in the tumble dryer? ::)
-
No, air dry with a cool blower or out on the line
-
As Ian says air dry.
Some times sheepskin rugs just need a bloody good vac then a low moisture clean with a micro splitter is suffice.

I think I have the wrong idea here. Are we talking about a pelt or something else, as I'm thinking it would be like when a chammy (sp?) dries out if you put it in the wash.
-
Mike its supposed to be dry unlike a chamois (sp) which you should keep moist to enable it to do its job.

If feel silly now. :-[
