what sort of prices do you guys charge for gutter cleans? ( just clearing out the trough, no cleaning) obviously there are factors like type of property, height and access etc, or do you charge for the amount of time it takes you? i find these jobs relatively quick to do but a bit dirty with all sorts being in there!

I charge £25 - £35 depending on length.
But this is for cleaning aswell.

I charge £1.00 a ft but thats just to clean them out, extra for the guttering itself to be cleaned.
I find charging like this i always get a decent price on the job :)

£1 a foot! :o
I charge about £10 a side to clean the outsides, and a bit less if it's just scooping out the muck.

Got a mid terrace to do this week, said £15, and picked up the windows as well! ;)

For gutters, fascias, soffits etc we charge £25/hr as a min and then round it up, so if it takes 3.5hrs its £100 (per operator), if the customer asks for a price first then we quote about £1 a foot.
