Title: Expiry of contract and TUPE

  When a contract has run its course and is out to tender is the new contractor (assuming the original contractor doesn't win the tender) have to take on existing staff under the TUPE regulations or does the fact that the contract has expired remove the application of TUPE?

   I think that is clear!
