Can you divulge the supplier. There are supposedly 'improved' glides recently advertised, but the price is crazy.

Could you explain to me the benifits of Glides.
Are they only suitable for truckmount.
-
Ian if you have a bad wand technique this helps also the drying times are much better because of the airflow. the other plus is the ease of use of the wand as as it says it glides over the carpet so no lifting or heavy pushing and pulling
-
I cant order any as it will be admiting I have bad wand ;D ;D ;D
-
Hi Guys,
At £35 a glide it's got to be worth having a go.

They are arriving in two weeks from the manufacturer we were told yesterday
-
Are these the same ones that solutions sell?
-
What ones are Woodbridge selling exactly?
Green Glides? (expensive)
Magic Glides? (cheap)
Own Brand?
Are they Lip Glides (2 piece) or one piece like the green glides?
Are they Teflon? They say these are better - does anyone know by having used different types?
£35 is a ggod price.....but are they any good? - are they less effective if lower quality?
If there good I'll certainly get some :)
-
mr formula6 probably a good idea to speak to them in the morning and get all the information you need
-
Cheers Pete, I will (I need to get some SS jets too). Good to see you on Sat by the way ;D
-
Did anyone recieve thier glides yet?, and if so are they any good for the money or do you get what you pay for?

Our local auto factors sell nylon car door protector strips that look very similar...three quid a pair...has anyone given these a go?
-
Hi Calmore,
Nylon will have a much higher co-efficent of friction than Teflon so it will probably make the wand harder to pull.

Hi, what do you mean by 'bad wand technique'? :-\

Has anyone had a set of these yet and if so what do you think?
