well this contact of mine via e.mail was a scam, i told them that we only did business once an agreement has been signed and we only take cash on the day of the clean....he was not very pleased and i had a very short reply to that. so watch out if you advertise on free advert sites, that claim to want an over the top clean for an over seas client....and the name "Mack Gloves"

i dont beleive it!!! i said no i did not want the contract and he went mad calling me dude and a fool! and that he had given me a fake number!!! he gave me no number and a yahoo addy what a banker!

Hahaha.
Yes, I had an enquiry yesterday from my Touch Local listing.
It was the bit about him buying a property nearby and relocating from Lagos that set my alarm bells ringing!
Just ignore it ;D

thats the one! i think they do it by asking you to pay a large amount of money to your account and then it bounces not sure really but it is a scam!
-
Usually you'll get paid too much money (Often with a stolen cheque) in advance of doing the job. The scammer then asks you to refund the difference saying their secretary made an error.
Once you have paid the difference the original cheque bounces, leaving you out of pocket.
