Title: Help with comercial pricing

Hi all went to look at a comercial (factory office unit) on friday but unsure how to price so would like some advice please. The job has an entrance with 28 x  4x3 approx windows in a block with double glass door then 13 x 4x3 1st storey windows around the building also 18 ground floor windows pluss 1 double door. I need to price for inside and out, my first thoughts are £60.00 inside £60.00 outside, what do you think. Access is good all around building, I will be useing wfp.

Can you get to the windows on the inside of the entrance with 28 x  4x3 to clean them.
How long do you think it will take you to do it , also remember most commercial jobs( not all ) you will have to wait between 28- 60 days for payment
 Also I would charge double for the inside windows
