Title: Timewasters !!
Post by: terrymaloy on August 14, 2006, 10:18:29 am
Not the best start to my Monday morning.
9am turns up at customers house to clean their leather suite ( as arranged ) and no answer.
Decided to call them on the phone whilst standing outside their front door. "Hello, its Terry, come to clean you're suite"
and she hangs up without saying a word.

Now I know they're in but wont answer the door !! Rang back again and again and eventually the smarmy husband picks up the phone... " Clean our suite ? Dont know what you're talking about mate"
Obviously, I gave him a mouthful, but how do we deal with these idiots.

ps dodgy area, rough council est, old matress at front of house...should have known better !

Send them your invoice for your 'Call out charge'.
Even if they don't pay it it will probably make them think twice.
                       Regards,
                          Fletch.

Hi

You have probably had a lucky escape.

Do you want these kind of people as your customers?
