Carpet cleaning may be quiet but the leather world is the busiest we have ever seen it.

We are very busy with carpet/upholstery cleaning and are like that all year. We have bookings nearly 3 weeks in advance.

I suppose its where you live, how long you been in business and if your any good or not.

Flat out here in Yateley, Hampshire. Lots of Upholstery and I hate Upholstery. August was best month last year, seems much the same this year as well. September was bad though so am taking as much work as I can this month.

It does go up and down for us all but it has made me realise to take all the work as and when it comes.

Hope it picks up for you all very soon.

hi folks how much would you expect to earn in a bad month ?

£0 ;D seriously though i think it depends what your used to, if you are taking less than half of your average turnover then somthings very wrong. And it can only be somthing your not doing in my opinion.

Marketing is the key even in busy times, if you let it slip it will show down the line.
