Title: wfp training????
Post by: jr windows on August 08, 2006, 08:56:03 pm
Hi,

I have been a window cleaner, traditional method for about 18 months and thinking of changing over to a wfp system. Is there anyone in the Anglesey/North Wales area that could give me advice or show me how a wfp system works???

Thanks, Jason

Soft water area...wise I had that down here...its as hard as the women ;D

Seriously, your a luck window cleaner as you wont need a RO which cost a lot and takes a long time to make pure water

So all your need is a de min system and your off and running  ;)

Replace your No5 with the double ender. Then either fit the short no4 piece into the bottom of the new double ender(halfway) or halfway into the top of your no5, then just fit them together when all sections are vertical. OK ? (have been out)

I have a van with a 400 litre tank in the back, I was lucky as I already owned the van prior to switching over, so no cost there.

I don't have any experience of using a trolley or a backpack but I have heard it said quite a few times on this forum that those who started with trollies  quickly changed over to a van based system, so if you can afford it I think you would be better off starting with a van.

I bought my complete system from Gardiner poles. You'll find them on the net. Speak to Kirsty she's great.

My whole system cost me £1100. As I've said before if I never earn any extra out of it I still think safety wise its the best grand I have ever spent.
