Title: cleaning inside a fridge van?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what cleaning solution to use to clean the inside of a refridgerated van? and what paint or sealant is used to coat the inside of the chiller area?

the sealant is a normal b n q sealant

normally the vans have a type  heavy dense "foam/sponge"which is  plastic coated.............

well thats how they made my fridge in my kitchen........( full time chef/ p/t cc)

i would recommend some type of anti bac
