And the carpet will be dry in 30 minutes.

I'll be there at 9.00am

I really do have 6 fingers ;D

But the sincerity behind my signiture is genuine:
Safe and happy cleaning :)

Speak for yourself Marigold  ;)...Some of us old fogies make a point of never being late.

I make sure that the carpet has no chance of resoiling more quickly and NEVER promise an unrealistic drying time

OOOPS my halo slipped  ::)

Theres a small possibility of that 20 year old coffee stain coming out.

Due to the high cost of the product and the time and skill needed to apply it, thats the reason the cost of protector is ...................

Yes we can apply scotchguard (sometimes its not worth trying to explain the difference between scotchguard and the service of protection).

From the customer,
I will have to cancell as my child has come down sick, i will call you when they recover, and never do.

Scumbags, i would never lie and wish something bad on one of my kids, why cant they just say they have found a cheaper quote ???

The best lie I had was,

Cleaned a beigh carpet in childs bedroom......spotless when finished.
Lady calls me the next day, a turqoise stain has come up overnight.
I said well there wasn't one there before I cleaned it, I'll come round asap.

Found that carpet had permanent dye stain size of a penny.
Lady still insisted had come up overnight >:( and I had caused it.

Husband comes home with little Jonny and after a while turned out that the boy had left a turquoise Polo on the carpet while damp!

Won't be going there again  ::)

had 1 cancel yesterday for today because she wanted to go out and buy some shoes !

Luckily I have a few customers who are ready to fall in, I call it my blow out list.

My phone has gone mental and I can't get anyone in my diary until September, prices will have to go up !

Ian , you must have seen the picture of Mike receiving the european c/c of the year award!!!!
and as they say " every picture tells a story" ;)  ;)

but any one hazzarding a guess would have realised that , if this was infact true,
do you really think Mike would have award winning c/c all over his van and marketing? mmmmmmm
Knowing Mikes marketing prowess , I doubt it :-\
I would imagine their would be european c/c of the year all over the van and marketing ;D
