Title: builder cleans
Post by: Mrs Nicholls on August 03, 2006, 04:00:11 pm
Hi
I have received a call to quote for a builders clean and sparkle clean on a shop that has been refit/refurbished.

This is a new thing to us, can anyone provide any information, or any assistance with this.

What does the job involve?
Thanks
Lisa

hi there

it will require a ful internal and external clean

removing stickers, lbels and protection from ites, pencil marking on units etc,

kitchen and toilets to be cleaned to occupnac standard

all the shop are cleaned ready for occupancy, or shelf and racking fit out,  but usually they work so tight to deadlines that the racking may already be in.

so basically every surface, ledge, item, fitting, unit needs to be wiped and cleaned.

regards

martin

God i hate builders cleans, more mess than you'd think any builder could possibly leave, Ungrateful site bosses who expect miracles, chances of not being paid ( which there good at ).
Im glad to say we receive enough work at the moment to not need builders cleans and advoid them totally but if we receive any enquirys i shall send them your way.
