am thinking of doing gum and graffiti removal. could anyone tell me how to advertise it?

what to charge?
whats the best machine to use?
is there any work out there for these i see alot of shops, pubs, etc but how do i go about it.

I think I know what contact you are on about - I have looked at the paperwork but I will NOT be bidding but if you want to give me a call tomorrow I will be happy to discuss/talk about it.

I'm not a graffiti removal expert but I know a (little) bit about tenders.
