Hi,
We have aquired a rather wealthy client that had her house invaded by a Crow while she was on holiday. It managed to get down the chimney and into her living room, where it remained for about a week.
It has made a mess of her white cotton upholstery and it looks difficult to remove.
Any advice/comments on chemicals or techniques would be much appreciated as i have never tackeld a stain like this before.
Cheers
Graeme

Hi Graeme,
Did one yesterday on a blue suite with yellow dye from droppings.
I explained to the customer that bird poo was dependant on what the bird had eaten and could contain fruit colourings.
Used an enzyme pre sray(Stapro) and then Prochem Pureclean .
95 % of colour was removed and the customer was very pleased.
You may have greater problems with a light coloured suite , but could try oxidising if colour remains.
Cheers

Doug,
Did the job yesterday and used alltechs enzyme pre spray. After 4 coats the stains were barely visible and a touch of 6% peroxide finished them off.
Just under a K for a days work with 2 men ;D
I owe you more than one pint for that Doug.
Cheers
