Title: HELP PLEASE! I'm switching to squeegee and need some help from a current user
Post by: Richard iSparkle on December 02, 2025, 10:58:20 am
hi all!

we're switching over to squeegee and have some problems that support aren't able to fix for us... basically because they are tech people not window cleaners. wondering if someone who uses it would be able to answer some questions about how they get around them. straight forward things like making admin notes hidden for the WC and moving due dates.

thanks

Richard

I use Squeegee as a sole operator so can’t help with hiding notes from the WC.

Moving due dates is easy. On the mobile app swipe left on the job and hit replan, then set the date. Alternatively you can replan a full days worth of jobs by clicking the double tick icon then repeating the process above.

Personally I find it easier to work from the ‘overdue’ tab and just select the right amount of overdue work the night before and mark off when complete. Works for me but appreciate it may not work for multi van  operators.

I'm really surprised the team won't help you.    They should know our business inside out to get the software perfect for the job.

Are they really saying they don't know how to use the software they developed?  That's a huge red flag for me.

I thought the same after I posted above tbh. From experience the Squeegee team have always been top notch in answering any queries that I have had, some of them far more complicated than those asked above. Brilliant software from my 6 years of using it.
