I’ve bought one.
Toyota proace city e 50kwh 16000 miles £15,500 with vat and 10 year manufacture warranty
Alway value Vins input
So, second hip replaced last Wednesday leaves me with 6 weeks off, a credit card and the www, what’s there to do?
My 68 plate caddy has done me well and is available, but I’ve been flirting with changing the van for a while now. I intend to work another 10 years max but only do 3 days a week currently. I will list the caddy in a couple of weeks.
So my question is how careful do you have to be keep the back dry? It’s it something to worry about (I know they catch fire daily) don’t normally have any leaks but on a wet day the back gets wet from the hose recoils
Cheers.

Water into the load area shouldn’t affect the vehicle battery that should be underneath don’t think there should be any issues with that

The battery should be well sealed. I have leaks from my spindle at the reel everyday but its not that much pure. Grippa sprayed a speedliner on the floor and up the sides before they fitted the system so it should last the van out. I would recommend everyone to do something similar before they fit the van system.

No nothing to worry about at all.
I drove through my first largish pool of water the other day. Convinced I would be electrocuted 😃
The traction battery is a sealed unit that is pretty much 100% waterproof.

I've done that.
For future reference you should see a 'modify' button at the top of your post and you can use it to go in and change your post.

Ah that’s what that’s for 😃
